The story of an adventure that began in Livigno way back in 1965, when father Felice and mother Ginetta decided to transform an old 19th-century house with attached stable and barn – the typical Livigno home of the time – into a modern chalet for guests and tourists , equipped with all the most modern comforts. The numerous apartments for rent, immediately popular with holidaymakers, are named after the cities of origin of the first guests and with the natural elements that still characterize the Livigno valley today.
The couple continued the landlord business in Livigno until the mid-1990s, when the second generation of the Pedrana family took over: the management thus passed to the second son Davide, with the collaboration of his wife Paola and their children. over the years the Chalet del Sole has gradually transformed to become a lodging house in step with the times, capable of satisfying the changing needs of those staying in Livigno and also hosting self-managed groups: the modernization and renovation activities have not, however, affected the spirit of welcome, warmth and family cordiality that has always characterized the hospitality of the Pedrana Group. Today, the chalet is flanked by two other structures with apartments for rent in a central position in Livigno: Agriturist Galli and Rin Da Pemont, ideal for holidays for couples, families and groups.
